Photographer Comment: I took this morning on my way to work. It's a bridge I cross every day. The signs are familiar signs of summer, which is typically filled with detours and delays because of construction. This road work was actually an inspection. They've been inspecting all the bridges since the collapse last year of the bridge in Minneapolis. Tonight they shut this bridge down because the inspection revealed the same problems with this bridge that caused the collapse of the other one. I'll be taking another route to work for at least the next six weeks..
