Photographer Comment: I have been doing car races now for about 5yrs. I use a technique that I taught myself on focusing on the car using the Manual Setting, as the car is coming toward me than holding the setting until the car passes me then taking the picture. as long as your following the subject the flash and the lens will capture the subject.
