Photographer Comment: The curvature of the leaf intrigued me. Photographing a plant in black and white may seem foolish. After all, much of a plant's beauty is in its color. To me,however, a black and white image of a plant compels the viewer to look at the plant in a different way...to concentrate on its structure and form, not on its colorl..
