Chapter 2 -- Learning to See (p.24-26)

This waterfall was a place of peaceful respite hidden in seclusion in the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina.
I've included my first shot of this location (wide-angle), but closed in on a tighter shot to focus on the waterfall itself without the peripheral distractions.

Love waterfall shots and this is a good one. Was down in the Great Smoky Mtns. this past Oct, but wasn't able to look for waterfalls. I'm just wondering how it would be further back with the waterfall diminished somewhat? Flowing water and the green moss always works for me!

Good idea......I'll try that next time I'm down there. I envy you being in the Smokies in autumn. It's on my 'bucket list.'
