This is a sunrise on Hood Canal Washington with some of the Cascade Mountain range in view. I am looking forward to comments and suggestions. Thank you.

I think for me the scene is need a bit more exposure to highlight some more detail in the clouds and allow the colours in the sky to come out a bit more. I think you have some nice lines in this capture but I'd also suggest looking at the crop as there is a lot of black in your photo and not a lot for the eye to focus on. By cropping out some of the border you might be able to highlight more of the elements in the middle of your photo where the lines in your photo meet.

Thank you for the input, I like the lines and the darkness, but you are right it is to dark. I cropped some of the sky and water where it was the darkest and l tried to adjust the exposure without lightening the sunrise.

Hello Photo-GRAPHICS, Thank you for you input. I haven't tried HDR yet but I think my camera is capable, I'll give it a shot!

Good job on the second version - I think it's much better balanced.
