I like the first photo - some interesting light and good textures visible in the wood. In your second photo the background is quite busy and I'm not sure what I should be focusing on. In the third, a tighter crop on the flower might work betters the color textures of the leaves and twigs are very similar and so I think struggle to hold a viewer's interest.
