HI Queenie you just reply to the assignment you want to post in,or you start a new topic.In the message board you write a little about the picture & what assignment its based on.Then under additional opitions it allows you to attach a photo(you may have shrink the file)Once you've attached the file just go to the bottom of the page and hit post.
If this dosn't work you can post them on flickr or other photo sharing site.First you create a hyperlink using the world icon.Secondly you go to the photosharing site your using then share the photo you want.Then you copy and paste it to the hyperlink you made to photoshop. ;DHope this helps
