I didn't have any trouble uploading.  The upload feature is under "additional options" directly to the lower left of the text box. 

There is a maximum size, under 128 kb, and that's pretty small.  I resized mine to about 4x6 and 150 pixels/inch, and it was just under.  Don't know if that helps.

Try using a sRGB and posting it.
