Nice photo - hands area  little blurry so maybe a higher ISO and faster shutter speed was needed.  What was the assignment?

The assignment was to capture a real moment. The shutter speed was purposely lowered to show the movement of her hands and capture the nervous excitement she was feeling.

Ah - well that explains it    It certainly seems to capture her excitement.  I particularly like the black and white version - some good contrasts in that shot.
