I'll try for the 3rd time. Shutter speed:1\50th Apeture:16 ISO:200 -2\3exposure compensation

Hey JFlash
I agree not much mood in that image, but it has some really cool aspects. I love the shadow laying behind the latern and the raindow cast infront. Nice composition.
