This is my attempt at using bounce flash.I'mopen to suggestions.

There is no hard flah in the face of the little girl, which is good. I would try to zoom in on the girl a little more and use a shallow depth of field, so the 'clutter' doesn't distract from the little girl.

I think the flash is good, there is shadow in the back but it's not of the subject. Cropping it out would work. I'd also crop it to fill the frame with the girl, she kind of gets lost in the picture because she's so small.

I think the flash looks great! The only thing I might have done a little differently is blur the background since it's so busy.
