Shot in my Rose garden of a Long Stem Yellow Rose, around 6:10pm Eastern Time, low light cloudy outside actually it was perfect lighting behind the back. The settings for camera were as follows: Camera Model Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XS Lens EF-S55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS Shooting Mode Aperture-Priority AE Tv( Shutter Speed ) 1/100 Av( Aperture Value ) 5.0 Metering Mode Evaluative Metering Exposure Compensation 0 ISO Speed 100 Focal Length 146.0 mm White Balance Mode Cloudy AF Mode Manual focusing Tell me what you think........... I am use to taking my flower pictures on sunny days, but I think this one came out really good for a cloudy setting. Next time I get a cloudy day here in the sunny desert, I am going to try the cloudy mode and compare the differents. Nice work.
