Title: Chapter 6 Assignment - Playing With Scene Modes: Food Mode
Post by: goldcoastgolfer on November 01, 2011, 12:51:06 PM
There's a scene mode designed for taking food.  I'm not 100% sure what's special about this particular mode - there might be some specific image settings built into the camera's mode that I'm unaware in terms of how it processes the photo.

The photo itself might have been better on macro mode because I was fairly close taking the photo.  The higher aperture I think has caused a loss of depth of field - particularly at the front of the shot.  It's not likely to be a mode that I would use again.

Taken with a Nikon D7000 and a Sigma 17-70mm lens:

Focal Length: 26mm (39mm in 35mm format)
Exposure Time: 1/60
F Number: f/4
White Balance: Auto
ISO: 800
Exposure Bias: 0
