By Jim915 (2007-09-12 16:09:27 ): I like what you've done with the compositing to create the composition. The PS work with the watercolor has added a nice soft pastel feel which I find appealing. The are a few problems with the outlining that is visible around the bird and on the edges of the flower. The one around the bird would be easy to clone out. The one around the flower may be more difficult.
By smokeydawg (2007-09-10 23:33:25 ): These little guys ARE very hard to get a good shot of. I swear they mock me in my yard. Then comes the times I step outside without the camera and they hover right up to within a few yards of me just long enough that it would have made a great shot if I had a camera in my hands. LoL Sorry got sidetracked. I really like this, as Jill said it reminds me of a Japenese painting on rice paper. Very nice composite work!

I like Mozart, and thought the fast beating of the wings reminded me of music. In any case thank you very much for the kind comments. These little guys are harder than heck to get a good shot of. I think I will try printing this on some rice paper I have, and maybe Velum.

And now we have some night music. It doesn't matter. The image is absolutely beautiful!!! I love it. It almost looks like an oriental painting on rice paper. Very delicate and whimsical at the same time. Stunning! I think this is your best so far. jill
