The slow shutterspeed captures the motion of water, and the blue umbrellas (?) plus the pier itself are gently leading my eye into the background. You composition is making great depth in this image. I like it.

By photobee72 (2007-08-23 04:28:05 ): Exposure is right on the money! I love your pov and I love the lines of the pier. Very inspiring...I need to get up and catch that wonderful morning light!

By photomato (2007-08-23 04:24:55 ): Great image. The massive perspective and sweeping convergence of structure and sea is magnificent. Blue umbrellas add a mysterious sprinkling of color and humanity. Tidal movement and the textural sand add kineticism and solidarity. Congratulations.

If I where to do anything I think I would try to clone out the poles next to the umbrellas, but still a mighty fine capture. Bob
