Photographer's Comment: I was photographing a retirement ceremony, and shortly before it began, I stepped over to the stern of the USS Missouri. Right about then, the wind kicked up and the flag jumped to life. So I snapped, then gawked as I looked at the image. It was one of those perfect moments in time, rare as they are.
