This was with a lens baby, so the blur was intentional and the focus was supposed to be drawn to that one bloom, but I think I agree that the left side is a bit out of balance with the rest. I'll play with this some more... Still eager to hear other feedback!

By fotostalker (2007-06-03 21:09:50 ): Terri, I like this a lot. The colors are very striking and the "painting" effect works well with the subject. I wish, though, that the left side were clearer and more in keeping with the right. I don't know that I can explain why but my eye keeps getting sucked into the lower left corner. Perhaps a gradient fill layer to burn it down a bit might help. The blossom that rests on the right "third" line is really beautiful! (not using the rating system for the time being)
