This was a dull day at the National Mall. The process is basically color with a sepra tone put on it. It was colder than H-ll that day... :)

By Jim915 (2008-08-01 19:38:09 ): I like this Jim. The composition is very good and the PS work has added a mood that strangely inviting and mysterious. The light on the ground contrasts wonderfully with the brooding sky.
