By jimdstearns (2008-04-15 00:14:13 ): Thanks for the comments Carl. I’ve snapped this before, about two years ago in late summer…the Golden Hour… I’ve also posted some additional snaps for this week’s WA on my B-V http://www.photoworkshop.com/bv/view/jimdstearns

By smokeydawg (2008-04-14 19:11:59 ): This is beautiful Jim, like the bw and the small vignette treatment at the edges. Thought this might be yours from the thumbnail! Very Well done my friend!

By gvkohl (2008-04-14 01:09:12 ): Jim, Very nice shot. I really like this shot a lot. However, I like the color version a lot more. I think it loses something in black and white. The color shot is a perfect picture.

By chomaee (2008-04-14 00:04:09 ): Very Nice Jim, I like the trees leading you into the picture but stopping you before you leave. Really keeps you focused in the picture.

By Bernard (2008-04-13 23:48:29 ): Really, really nice. The infrared effect adds interesting contrast to the image. The clouds in the sky afre interesting...The large cloud on the left balances the large tree in the center of the image. I particularly like the stroke border surrounding the image. One suggestion: darken the sky just a bit and increase the contrast slightly.
