You are right it has a bluer, this was taken with a slow moving car and noon time with an over cast… I tried to remedy it as much as possible in PS. But I really could not resist the windows. It is so kind of you always appreciate it... katia

By Jim915 (2008-04-08 15:31:41 ): Katia - this is a good composition and the repeating but varied pattern created by the windows is a terrific design element. While I'm a fan of blur this doesn't work for me mainly because the building is static. The blur is not enough to look intentional and so it just appears to be camera shake.

By ktapio (2008-04-08 07:32:24 ): Thanks Lynn, it was a surprise to see the picture clear in an over cast day, the traffic was going slow at the time I have few very nice buildings. Manama is busy with construction. Every time we go there we find the sky line has changed… katia
