Photographer's Comment: Been working on this one on and off since Sunday as I had time. Couldn't do a magical theme without exploring the dark side. Three images, one used twice, the main scene shot Sunday just before a storm, lucky timing, the eyes are from my dog Chief, and the skull is leftover from a Hallowen decoration. All shots done this week. I don't do collages often and this reminded me why. :) Forgot to include the title, Summoning the Spirits.

By janith (2008-03-06 18:30:55 ): Very eerie quality to this one---graveyardy, suspicious, haunting come to mind. The hints of color in the eyes and the skull are effective at getting one's attention to what might otherwise be overlooked, but for me it also makes the additions not seem fully integrated into the image. The skull integrates more fully than the eyes, though. Not sure if I'm clearly expressing this, but I'm trying to be helpful...
