Photographer's Comment: Photographed with two off-camera strobes, one snooted, from the top, and a second one diffused through a mini-softbox to fill in the shadows... all to simulate kitchen light. (You wouldn't want to see the kitchen, here, I assure you.) I decided this was one way to pass along the overlaid hint I got in an email from my cousin, Frank. It also said to peel them from the nub end, instead of the stem end, so that the less-than-sweet "string" that usually fails to come with the peel will not be left behind so often. The hint writer Says that's how the chimps do it. ;-)
