Photographer's Comment: It is always nice to hear from you John. I did try what you suggested I like the result the only step I did not add any motion bluer instead I reduced the layer’s opacity it seems it works nicer what do you think?

Of course, the original exposure problems are there and I'm sure you were not addressing that in this version. If your intent is to create a vintage photo look, I think the light application of sepia toning (or whatever brown you've used) works well. The random green tones are interesting but I'm not sure about them. I'm kind of neutral I guess. In some ways I like the monochrome treatment because it simplifies the image by removing the color. I think this allows the geometries of the buildings and road to have a stronger influence on the viewer.
