About Joyce Meck:
Joyce A Meck is an artist, graphic designer and a photographer and has been 'creating' images for nearly 50 years. Spending the first 40 plus years of life in Pennsylvania, Joyce began her love relationship with cameras early on, encouraged by her dad. She spent ten years on the island of Maui, Hawaii, the owner of a sign company and taking the camera every remote place possible. Joyce is now located in New Mexico, again surrounded by God's inspirational landscape design. It is my wish to create images with art and photography that beg you to take notice of the awesome splendor of nature. Please take time to enjoy! Joyce uses exclusively Canon bodies and lenses. She shoots nature whenever possible but also shoots commercially for the regional edition of a national magazine, as well as architectural shoots and the occasional wedding. She is also in the process of writing her first photography book on exposure for new owners of DSLR cameras. Joyce is a core member of the New Mexico Photo Club and writes a monthly article for the NMPC newsletter. She is also a member of the Corrales Society of Artists and the New Mexico Watercolor Society.
